Description Aims to lead the city to a more active, healthy and sporting future. Headline target is to achieve a 1% year-on-year increase in the city's activity levels i.e. the number of adults achieving 5x30 minutes of at least moderate activity each week and the number of young people achieving an hour a day of at least moderate activity each week. Holds a range of classes, which include: cheerleading, basketball, taekwondo, snooker, aerobics and boxing, as well as activities for those aged 50 and over, such as low impact aerobics and chairobics. Also offers various dance classes, including street dance.
