Friends of Charlton Brook
Friends of Charlton Brook is a registered charity that aims to develop the area for the long-term benefit of the public as an environmental, historical and educational amenity, as well as conserving the green space, the dam, its wildlife and the natural beauty of their settings. The group works collaboratively with Sheffield City Council and the Environment Agency.

Aims to:
• improve footpaths, lighting and include disabled access
• introduce new seating, litter and dog bins
• provide regular refuse clearance
• improve BMX track and install a robust playground
• manage woodland to increase the diversity of the wildlife habitat

Meets at the Barrel Inn, Lounds Side, S35 (Wednesday).
