Jobsteps is a not-for-profit organisation that provides employment support to individuals with an autism spectrum ondition or a learning difficulty.

Their Stepping Forward Team can support individuals with confidence building and employability skills. Positive Steps is an 8 week confidence building/employability programme open to JSA claimants. Referrals are accepted via a Disability Employment Advisor at the Job Centre. The Stepping Forward team also accepting referrals via 'Right To Control' for support with ‘Getting ready for work’, ‘Getting work experience’, ‘Finding a job’ and ‘In work support’.

Jobsteps can also offer support via 'Access To Work' for individuals with autism spectrum conditions or a learning disability who may be having difficulties in work and need support liaising with their managers and agreeing reasonable adjustments.
