Organisation Name ACTIVITY SHEFFIELD - SOUTH COMMUNITY ASSEMBLY
Description Aims to increase physical activity opportunities within the wards of the South Community Assembly. Core target audience is children and young people aged 8-16 years and adults aged 50 years and over. Run activities for children and young people including community clubs from 4.30pm on a daily basis, sports camps during school holidays and art and crafts activities. Activities for adults aged 50 and over include chair based exercise, gentle exercise sessions and active sport specific sessions. Offers training opportunities with regular sports related courses including Sports Leadership and sports specific courses (eg Football Coaching Level 1). Offers club development for new and existing clubs.
